Roy Hill WHIMS 1.5 Iron Ore Project

Westlink has successfully delivered 10,000 cbm of structural steel, pipe racks, hoppers and tanks from Shanghai, China to Dampier and Port Hedland, Australia. This equipment was shipped and then hauled to Roy Hill’s mine site to be used in the expansion of the Wet High Intensity Magnetic Separator (WHIMS) plant.

Services provided by Westlink included:

• Origin services – pre-shipment cleaning inspection and stevedoring

• Ocean Freight

• Destination services – stevedoring, laydown management and haulage to site
