Scope
Rail pull – locomotive factory, Iowa to Port of Norfolk, USA
Pre-shipment quarantine inspection and cleaning of locomotives
Heavy Lift Vessel (HLV) – Norfolk, USA to Port Hedland, Australia
Heavy Haulage – from vessel hook to port lay down and then to customer’s Port Hedland rail yard
Quarantine cleaning of locomotives and coordination with security clearances
Craneage – gantry lifting and landing of locomotives from heavy haul trailers to rail head
