Westlink was engaged to provide a multimodal logistics solution for structural steel, hoppers, chutes and bins from Tianjin and Qingdao, China to be used in the construction of a new grain export terminal for G3 in North Vancouver, Canada.
Scope
Pre-shipment quarantine inspection and factory completion of ore cars in China
Multipurpose Vessel (MPP) – Tianjin and Qingdao, China to Lynnterm Vancouver, Canada
Oversized Haulage – vessel hook or laydown to G3 project site
Construction coordination – coordination with site team to unload trailers for direct install or laydown
