PROJECT OVERVIEW

Westlink managed the transportation of an umbilical reel and other subsea installation equipment and infrastructure from JDR’s umbilical facility in Sattahip, Thailand to the Port of Batangas, Philippines for a major subsea upgrade to Otto Energy’s Galoc FPSO oil operation.

SCOPE

  • Pre-shipment quarantine inspection of umbilical and other equipment

  • Heavy haulage – from JDR’s umbilical facility to Port of Sattahip, Thailand

  • Heavy Lift Vessel (HLV) – Sattahip, Thailand to Batangas, Philippines

  • Heavy haulage – from vessel hook to port laydown and stooling for storage
