PROJECT OVERVIEW

Westlink was engaged to provide a multimodal logistics solution for stick steel, modules and other fabrications from Qingdao and Tianjin, China to be used in the upgrade of a processing plant at Newcrest’s Cadia Valley gold operation in New South Wales, Australia.

SCOPE

  • Multipurpose Vessel (MPP) – Qingdao and Tianjin to Newcastle

  • Oversized haulage – Port of Newcastle to Cadia Valley project site
